Sun protection finger less gloves used for fishing, outdoor sports, gardening, driving - anything where you want to protect yourself from the sun.
Easy maintenance, comfortable to wear and with UPF 50+ protection - tested and verified by a well respected global company. These gloves are recommended by the Cancer Society in Australia as providing excellent protection for sensitive skin on hands.
To keep sensitive hands looking younger, help stop early aging and help protect against skin cancer.
UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) is the measure of how well fabric blocks UV radiation. A UPF rating of 50+ is the highest possible rating, which is exactly what the experts have VERIFIED for these gloves. This material blocks 49/50ths or 98% of UV radiation. UPF is like SPF 50 which is measurement of sun block creams.
Finger less gloves provide protection while allowing full maneuverability. Being finger less you can still 'feel' what you are doing which is important with fiddly things like tying tippets or stripping fly lines. Double-stitched seams, add strength so the gloves don't fall apart after a couple of uses or after a wash. They are fully machine washable so you can use them for fish handling and cleaning. Velcro wrist straps keep them firmly on, making sure the gloves don't catch or snag. Being very light, they can be packed in a pocket.
Product Details:
The gloves are well made and comfortable to wear - they have a gripping portion on the inside of the hands and they keep your hands safe from fish and hooks when fishing with them on - I ordered a small which fits my hands great and now my husband is wanting a pair of his own - he is a bit jealous of my gloves - I wear them outside to walk - garden - bike and also for mowing the lawn and using the weed wacker - it makes it easier to hold - and keeps me from getting burned hands.
I also use them while driving. I am a avid traveler, and prefer road trips to air travel. After a while your palms take a beating gripping a steering wheel all day long. I have many pairs of driving gloves, and they never seem to fit well. Besides, they are so thick that they kill the steering feel which is so precious to me.
A month ago i received 'The fishing tree' fishing gloves. I immediately noticed how fashionable they look, and how thin it is. I wore them on a 200 mile driving trip, and in the middle of summer, no sweating, and the feedback from the steering was fantastic ! I received compliments from my friends how stylish they look ! I have kept the pair in my car. I hope the people at 'The fishing tree' should see how big a market they can tap if they start making these excellent gloves for driving.
